Deposits & Room Charges
Due to the size of our bed and breakfast, we require a deposit of one night’s stay plus taxes at the time of reservation. Therefore, if your reservation is for one night, your credit card will be charged for the total cost of your stay at the time of the reservation. If your stay is more than one night, the deposit is still for the equivalent of one night’s stay plus taxes. For multiple night stays, you must present your credit/debit card at check in and it will be charged for your full balance at check in. Should you decide to depart earlier than your original departure date after you have arrived, you will be responsible for the entire stay unless we can resell your room at which time you will be refunded for the sold room nights.
Cancellations MUST BE MADE by email only. You will receive an email confirming your cancellation. For reservations of up to three rooms or three room nights by the same individual, cancellations made up to seven (7) days prior to arrival date will be eligible for a full refund of the deposit paid. For cancellation made less than 7 days prior to arrival, we will do our best to re-sell the room and if successful your deposit will be refunded less $25 cancellation fee per room, otherwise your entire deposit will be forfeited. For reservations of 4 rooms or 4 – 5 room nights by the same individual, cancellations made up to thirty (30) days prior to arrival date will be eligible for the refund of the deposit paid less $25 cancellation fee per room. For cancellation made less than 30 days prior to arrival, we will do our best to re-sell the room and if successful your deposit will be refunded for the room nights sold less $25 cancellation fee per room, otherwise your entire deposit will be forfeited. For reservations of more than 5 room nights by the same individual, Cancellations made up to ninety (90) days prior to arrival date will be eligible for the refund of the deposit paid less $25 cancellation fee per room. For cancellation made less than 90 days prior to arrival, we will do our best to re-sell the room and if successful your deposit will be refunded for the room nights sold less $25 cancellation fee per room, otherwise your entire deposit will be forfeited. Should you decide to depart earlier than your original departure date, you will be responsible for your entire stay unless we are able to sell your room at which time, you will be refunded for the nights sold less a $25 cancellation fee.
We have one parking space per room, with six (6) total guest spaces onsite for passenger cars/std. SUVs. Due to our space limitations we encourage all guests to bring passenger cars/std, SUVs if at all possible. We are not responsible for damages to your vehicles while on our premises. Please do not leave valuables in your automobile regardless of where you park as we cannot be responsible for any lost or stolen items.
Absolutely no animals are permitted in any guest areas of the Inn.
